E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager

The E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategy and managing performance of the online sales channel. This includes daily maintenance of the website and all online marketing channels including email, social media, paid and natural search and affiliate. The primary objectives of this position are to grow e-commerce revenue and build brand awareness through effective site content, merchandising, customer e-mail communications, strategic planning and through affiliate and merchant partner site marketing. Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for deployment of all h2oplus.com website content in a brand consistent manner that supports our positioning as a prestige skincare company.
  • Manages development and execution of all website merchandising initiatives including product catalog and content sections. Maintains a 6 to 12-month website marketing calendar and presents all content in advance of deployment for management review.
  • Manages design and execution of all customer e-mail communications including programming of e-mail in Bronto.
  • Management of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaigns and optimization of the website for search visibility (SEO)
  • Administration of Social Media Communications and Site Integration
  • Manages and measures relationships with all Affiliate Marketing Partners, identifies and implements quality new affiliate partners and develops specific affiliate campaigns to drive traffic to the website.
  • Manages and measures all 3rd party merchant partnerships including storefront merchandising and campaign development and execution. Maintains positive and productive relationships with all partners to ensure exposure is maximized on 3rd party sites. (Amazon, Shop my Label)
  • Measures the effectiveness of all internet marketing and merchandising initiatives and optimizes content on a continual basis to maximize results.
  • Contributes to preparation of Website Monthly Management Report.
  • Works with Creative, Graphics and Copywriter on digital content development
  • Works with agency to support digital marketing campaigns.
Position Requirements
  • 7-10 years of proven exceptional Web marketing and merchandising experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong E-commerce analytics tools experience with ability to analyze Web data and formulate Internet marketing strategies, including search engine optimization experience
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Optimization (SEO) Experience
  • Experience with 3rd Party E-mail Service Administration (ie..Bronto)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Administration
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to effectively multi-task

Visual Merchandising Manager

This position is responsible for establishing and reinforcing the consistent global visual merchandising standards for all channels, including retail store locations, specialty store accounts and fixtures, and international partners. Ensures H2O Plus locations and visual elements represent established global brand positioning. Requires a strong background in merchandising and display, with a proven track record of sales generation tied to visual performance. Manages vendor quotations, budget, timelines and construction. This role works closely with Sales, Creative and Marketing to ensure a cohesive brand image. Responsibilities include:
  • Establishes and communicates global visual standards and guidelines
  • Ensures all merchandising standards are met and all visual guidelines are adhered to for all channels
  • Project manages vendors & suppliers related to visual elements and as well for store openings, remodels, company and customer initiatives
  • Work with architects and vendors on build outs, remodels, and special projects
  • Sources and negotiates fixtures and visual elements
  • Establishes floor plans including space allocation, fixture design, lighting, display elements and signage
  • Creates and produces window, table, wall and counter schematics for promotions
  • Achieves specific financial goals through strategic and results-oriented merchandising
  • Collaborates on visual needs for International and Specialty Sales including signage and merchandising guidelines
  • Manages new store openings from architectural design plans through new store set-up
  • Orders and disperses all in store materials and props
  • Travels to retail and specialty stores to ensure visual standards are being met

Position Requirements

Senior Copywriter

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to support the "voice" of the H2O Plus brand for all of our marketing, advertising, and packaging initiatives, with a preference in having the candidate start in a temporary role, and then move to regular employment. With responsibility for ensuring the "voice" of our brand, the Copywriter will be involved in product naming, tag lines, writing all of our brochures, in-store signage, promotional materials, primary and secondary packaging, web, and direct mail. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Copywriter will have heavy interaction with multiple groups and must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with superior technical writing abilities.

Additional requirements include a Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field and 5 or more years beauty or fashion copywriting experience, with preferred experience in product branding, naming, and promotional campaigns. Strong computer proficiency in MS Office and on line searches is also required.

Senior Manager Product Development

Establish the strategic vision for growing company volume and profit through the development of new and existing facial, skin, and body care product types, including over the counter (OTC) products. Initiate new product development process in a fast paced environment and serve as project manager for all new product and project developments. Provide formulation input, and ensure all new product launch timeline deliverables are met and communicated effectively. Work with marketing, r&d and sales to determine global and market trend analysis to identify new product opportunities, concepts and threats. Issue quarterly review of new product launches, new technologies product forms and formula benchmarks. Collaborate with marketing to evaluate current product geography against competitive set and assess opportunity for additions or deletions. Partner with training to provide material for global retail product positioning and packaging. Ensure accuracy and consistency with worldwide (eg. North America, Asia, Europe) regulations for all packaging labeling. Ensure the development of environmentally sound packaging. Work with R&D to update current formulations.

Experience Requirements:
  • 6 years in beauty product development (no alternative ed/exper)d
Education Requirements:
  • MS in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental or related field
Special Skills:

Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks and develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Additionally, the Systems Analyst recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to end-users and performs a variety of support related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates the selection and implementation of new systems and software throughout the organization
  • Responds to customer support calls in a timely and effective manner
  • Create custom reporting from Microsoft SQL databases
  • Modify and troubleshoot in-house developed applications.
  • Monitors and maintains all client and server hardware
  • Monitors and maintains local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN)

  • Assists with hardware, software, phone system and call center issues

Experience Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience demonstrating a wide range of expertise with the following applications, technologies, and procedures.

Distribution Manager

The Warehouse/Distribution Manager oversees all distribution and warehouse activities and supporting warehouse staff, establishes operational policies and processes, negotiates rates for freight shipments including LTL international air & ocean and ensures DOT and OSHA compliance. This role coordinates, manages and prioritizes all distribution warehouse activities to ensure the effective receipt, storage and shipment of materials and goods, including accurate inventory maintenance and processing, timely deliveries, and demonstrates a high level of service with internal and external customers.

Candidates should possess demonstrated skills in labor efficiency improvement, establishing processes to understand and capture error root causes, metrics creation and reporting, and have a strong understanding of cGMP guidelines, CTPAT experience preferred. This role requires a manager who has proven leadership skills and demonstrates both tactical as well as strategic abilities.

Position requirements include a minimum of 10+ years Warehousing and Distribution experience, with at least 7 years of management experience. Strong communication and organizational skills; Bachelor's degree, MS Office proficiency, specifically in Excel, and ERP system experience is required.
