H2O Plus® does not test on animals nor do we ask others to test products or ingredients on our behalf, unless required by law. We provide our customers with safe, quality products. In all countries where our products are sold, we comply with related legal regulations. We use volunteer panels to evaluate our finished products. Do you have products for men?
The vast majority of our products are unisex. However, we have a dedicated men's collection.
Are your products safe for pregnant women?
Yes. H2O Plus® is dedicated to the health, beauty and well being of our customers. When formulating products, we are conscious of the fact that many of our customers are of child bearing age, some of which may be in their first trimester and unaware of their pregnancy. While our products are safe for expectant mothers, it is advised that you speak with your physician to determine any treatments or ingredients he/she recommends or would like you to avoid during pregnancy.
Do you ship internationally?
Canadian orders may be placed through our Canadian website. We are unable to ship orders internationally at this time. For a list of store locations, visit our store locator.
Do your products contain parabens/sulfates?
Some of our products contain parabens and glycols. All of the ingredients used in our products are listed on the packaging. This transparency allows our customers to determine if there are any particular ingredients they don't like. However, starting this year, all new product launches will be paraben-free.
Are your products all-natural?
All of our formulas begin with ingredients from the sea. However, even marine extracts need some help to satisfy today's product standards. By leveraging the power of marine ingredients with science, we can deliver maximum benefits to the skin. Also, we need to rely on carefully chosen preservatives to protect the purity and freshness of our products.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 24 to 36 months. Please look for a number (24-36) printed on the back of the package to determine the product shelf life.
All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday (excluding major holidays). UPS ground service takes between 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy?
H2O Plus® is committed to providing you with products of the finest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ~H2O+® online purchase, simply return it within 60 days and we will be happy to exchange or credit your account for the full purchase amount. The original receipt indicating the reason for return must accompany the item being returned. Please ship by FedEx or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. Sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Can I return products to a retail store that I purchased online?
Yes. You may return your online purchase to your nearest H2O Plus® retail store as long as the return does not exceed $250.00.

We sincerely apologize if any of your favorite products have been discontinued. Please keep in mind that such decisions are made with careful thought and consideration. The promotion code for your birthday discount will be emailed to you at the end of the month prior to your birthday.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship via UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO/APO addresses at this time.
What happens when an item is out of stock? Can I backorder?
Unfortunately, we do not accept backorders at this time. Please contact our customer support team at 1-800-242-2284 for an estimated time of arrival or keep checking the website for product availability.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required by law to charge sales tax in those states with H2O Plus® retail store locations. These states include: California, Illinois and New York.
We are also required by law to charge sales tax on shipping charges for orders shipped to the state of Illinois. Orders shipping in Canada will be charged the Goods and Service Tax (GST). We are required by law to charge an additional Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on orders shipping to Ontario since we have an H2O Plus® store location in this province.
