For immediate assistance, please call our Customer Service Department at 1.800.242.2284.   We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST.   You will be prompted with an automated system.   To avoid listening to the entire message, read the options below and press the appropriate option number when the message begins.

Press option 1 to place a phone order or inquire about an existing phone order.
Press option 2 for questions regarding your web site order.
Press option 3 to have a product and price list mailed to you.
Press option 4 to have a product and price list faxed to you.
Press option 5 for an H2O Plus retailer in your area.
Press option 6 for all domestic wholesale inquiries.
Press option 7 for all international wholesale inquiries.

Canceling or changing your order:   If for any reason you would like to change your order with h2oplus.com, please call 1.800.242.2284 as soon as possible.   We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request.  Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and ship them as quickly as possible.   As a result, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

If you are interested in placing an order through the mail, please enclose a check or money order payable to H2O Plus or if paying by credit card, include the credit card number and expiration date.   Include the shipping information with a daytime phone number, along with the name of the products and the quantities you would like to purchase.   Once we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
