H2O Plus is a Chicago based product developer, manufacturer, and retailer of innovative skincare, spa, bath and fragrance products. We are currently seeking an Inventory Analyst for our west loop corporate headquarters. Primary responsibilities include reviewing aged inventory, calculating inventory turns and identifying strategies to improve turns by category, analyzing slow moving and obsolete SKUs, forecasting future inventory levels, consolidating SKUs, creating replenishment policies, analyzing material shortages-sell through vs. forecast/plan vs. production, assisting investigations of supply issues, and establishing performance metrics. Process development and improvement will also be a primary responsibility.
Additionally, this position will provide back up and overflow support for the Production Scheduler, including scheduling production, entering bills of material (BOM’S) and engineering change notices (ECN’s) into the ERP system and assisting in run out strategies.
Requirements include a demonstrated ability to analyze data and create reporting tools. Excellent proficiency in Excel, MS office applications, as well as strong database and MRP systems experience is required. 5-7 years of inventory analytical experience within a manufacturing environment and a Bachelor’s degree is necessary, along with a proven ability to communicate effectively and recommend continuous improvements, especially within a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Strong knowledge of key supply chain principles and best practices is also required.

Job Description
This position is responsible for executing and measuring the company’s online marketing and e-commerce strategy including growing e-commerce revenue and building brand awareness through effective site merchandising, social media, customer e-mail communications, participation in site design initiatives and working with affiliate and merchant partner site marketing.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Internet Marketing Manager will manage the design and execution of all customer e-mail communications and website merchandising initiatives including the product catalog, and measure effectiveness. This position will also identify and measure all affiliate and 3rd party merchant partnerships and evaluate how to maximize results.
Position Requirements

Position Requirements
·A minimum of 10 years marketing experience with 7 plus years skincare marketing, including extensive product knowledge and category understanding
·5 plus years of successful staff supervisory experience
·Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management or Marketing; MBA preferred.
·Strong MS Office proficiency, including expert Excel and PowerPoint skills
·Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
·Possesses a strong visual orientation

·Interacts with the Quality Assurance/Regulatory to ensure global product compliance
·Develops, monitors, and forecasts departmental budget
·Establishes protocol for standard operating procedures, establishes departmental policy and initiatives
·Any other responsibilities as assigned
Experience Requirements:
10 plus yrs laboratory formulation experience, strong skincare category experience is required
Demonstrated experience managing R&D teams
Senior Management experience preferred
Technical Requirements:
Knowledge of and experience with:
·Research and Development, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing procedures/protocol; FDA guidelines, OTC product experience; familiarity with International guidelines including European Union, Health Canada, Chinese Ministry of Health
·Expert understanding of lab equipment and testing procedures
·Ability to read and interpret lab procedures, test results, and lab safety information.
·Proficiency in MS Office applications, internet searches, ability to navigate software programs
Supervision:
Minimum of 5 years R&D supervisory experience
Direct supervision of laboratory staff
Education:
B.S. in Chemistry or biology, advanced degree or coursework preferred
Physical Requirements:
Physical demands include standing, walking, and use of the hands to formulate, inspect and test product. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and depth perception and focus. Exposure to fumes, airborne particles and unpleasant odors is possible. Exposure to chemicals of a caustic nature is not uncommon.
