We are currently seeking an Inventory Analyst to assist us temporarily at our corporate loop location, the duration of the position will be approximately 4-6 weeks. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for contacting our corporate customers regarding invoices and establishing payment timeframes, providing invoicing copies and supporting documentation, and updating the tracking of customer invoice payments. The position also includes validating and following up on credit reference requests for new customers, invoicing, filing, and other general responsibilities.
Requirements
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be familiar with credit and collections. Computer proficiency in MS Office including word and excel skills 1 plus years in credit and collections

Requirements
Candidate must be familiar with inventory processes and transactions
Strong computer proficiency, including 10 key input skills by touch; experienced in MS Office including strong word and excel skills, powerpoint preferred; MRP experience is a plus
Strong math and numbers aptitude, detail orientation, accurate data entry skills
2 plus years inventory and/or accounting experience

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the H2O Plus brand program and image. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will perform and oversee the following responsibilities directly or through ancillary staff.
Responsibilities include:
·Development of marketing strategies and programs
·Executing annual pricing and competitive guidelines for the US and Canada
·Working with international distributors to maintain global imagery and brand positioning
·Soliciting feedback to determine specific retailer and market needs
·Development and oversight of the annual promotional calendars and programming for retail stores and specialty accounts
·Maintains competitive activity reporting for key competitor brands
·Liaises with the Creative Team on development of marketing materials
·Develops forecasts for all basic, promotional, and new business
·Develops quarterly sales recaps for management
·Reviews and recaps all new launches
·Leads annual trend analysis to facilitate new product development
·Oversees and develops hotel amenities programs
·Develops and executes the annual public relations strategy and press briefs with our US based PR agency, approval of co-op advertising
·Develops and manages Point of Sale (POS) and advertising programming
·Oversees the development and sourcing of accessories and spa/bath sets
·Creates and maintains hotel amenities program
·Ensures all merchandising standards are met and communicated
Supervision:
This position supervises the International Marketing Manager, the Visual Merchandising Manager, and the Assistant Brand Manager.
Position Requirements
·A minimum of 10 years marketing experience with 7 plus years skincare marketing, including extensive product knowledge and category understanding
·5 plus years of successful staff supervisory experience
·Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management or Marketing; MBA preferred.
·Strong MS Office proficiency, including expert Excel and PowerPoint skills
·Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
·Possesses a strong visual orientation
·Technical and analytical skills
·Demonstrate an ability to partner effectively with internal departments and to work effectively and successfully in an entrepreneurial environment.
