Are H2O Plus products all natural?
All of our formulas begin in the sea; however even marine extracts need some help to satisfy today's product standards.   By adding science, we've made marine extracts even more potent in their effects.   We still need to rely on certain preservatives to protect the purity and freshness
of our products.
Why is my favorite H2O Plus product discontinued?
We sincerely apologize for discontinuing your favorite H2O Plus product. Please keep in mind if a product is discontinued, it is not done impulsively.  We take into account many important factors such as purchase patterns, size of product or responses to consumer preferences. We assure you that we will continue to address your needs with new, improved selections.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day.   Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday(except major holidays).   UPS ground service takes between 3 to 7 business days.  You can click on order processing on the customer service page for more details.
