I've been using this for years and it is great. I'm just sad they got rid of the conditioner. Its best when you leave it in for a few minutes before rinsing, great tingling sensation. It also helps with my flakes :)

After using the mint ice body wash I thought this shampoo would have the same kick but it didn't. Although it still is an okay shampoo.
