1. What are your shipping costs & delivery times?
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For major promotional sales and during the holidays, there may be an increase in processing time which will also extend the delivery window. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday - Friday.

2. What is your return policy?
- H2O+ is committed to providing customers with high quality products. While we're confident that you'll love your H2O+ products, we understand that things don't always work out! In an effort to support our customers, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your on-line purchase with us, please notify us first within 30 days after receiving the product.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your reasoning/feedback for why you were not satisfied with our products within 30 days after delivery. We will answer your inquiry ASAP in order to assist you.
Please note: only items purchased on www.h2oplus.com may be accepted for a return. If your item was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, please contact them for their return and exchange policies.
We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.
We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
3. What should I do if my package is missing?
- Please check around your property for all entrances, including around the garage to see if the package is hidden out of sight. We also recommend checking with the people who live with you, the mailbox, front desk reception, and ask your neighbors if perhaps they intercepted the package on your behalf for safe-keeping.
If the package is not located, please email us and provide your order number and we will provide a replacement. We will take the required follow up steps with our Shipping Department as we cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing. This process can take up to 5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: We need to be notified if delivery was not received within 30 days on missing orders.
4. What should I do if a damaged product was received in my order?
- H2O+ offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If a product was damaged or leaking in transport, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days after receiving the order. Provide us with your order number along with the manufacture code on the product that is damaged. If possible, kindly include a photo of the damage product as this will be extremely helpful to provide our Quality Team.
5. Do you ship internationally?
- At this time, our products are only available for retail purchase within the USA and we do not ship outside of the USA at this time. Currently we do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
6. I purchased your products through a different retailer, will you accept the product return?
- We accept returns for H2O+ products that were purchased only on our website at www.h2oplus.com within 30 days from receiving the item. If you buy our products from authorized or unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
If your item was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, please contact them for their return and exchange policies.
1. How can I check the status of my order?
As a friendly reminder, a tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation. Through our Order Tracking option on our website, enter the full order number and the email address you provided when you placed your order.
If you were logged into your H2O+ on-line account when you placed your order, please access your on-line account and view your "Orders".
If you did not log into your H2O+ on-line account, or did not create one, and checked out as a "Guest" when you placed your order, please complete an email submission form via Contact Us and provide us with your order number.
2. Am I able to adjust or cancel my order?
Once an order has been submitted on our website, regrettably we are unable to cancel or revise the order, and this also includes subscription orders. Our e-Commerce platform is linked to our warehouse to ensure orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the order to receive a refund as specified under our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.

3. I live outside of the United States, can I still place an order on your website?
-Thank you for your interest in H2O+ products! At this time, our products are only available within the USA and we do not ship products internationally. We only accept credit cards that have both Bill To and Ship To addresses located within the USA.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash.
5. Can I use more than one promotional/discount code on an order?
Promotional codes and/or discount codes cannot be combined and is limited to one code per order. In some cases, codes can only be redeemed once per person. Promotion codes are for a limited time and cannot be used once it has expired. Once expired, an offer cannot be retroactively applied to an order that has already been processed. H2O+ reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.
6. Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be applied to your h2oplus.com order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, and the ship-to destination. Your final order will include the appropriate state and local taxes.
7. How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are available on Hydration Oasis, Hydration Sensitive, Hydration Age Renew, and Detox collections, both individual and sets. You can elect to receive your products monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, or every 4 months. At the end of checkout, when you click "Place my order", you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price according to the Order summary section of this page until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel or skip you subscription, log into H2Oplus.com and navigate to your account. You can cancel anytime. However, if your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. You may cancel in time for the next shipment.
